Can I change caregivers?

Yes. We can remind clients to take medication per schedule set by the doctors; however, our caregivers do not administer any medication.

Will I get the same caregiver for each visit?

Yes. At Hestia Care Services, we match caregivers who best fit your needs. Having the same caregiver visit the client helps in providing consistent, high-quality care.

What if my caregiver doesn’t make it to my scheduled appointment?

Although rare, sometimes due to circumstances beyond their control, caregivers may be unable to make it to a scheduled appointment. We will give you the option to reschedule the appointment or send over another qualified caregiver.

Yes. We provide supplemental services to clients in all such facilities. These services will be in conjunction with the care already being provided by such facilities.
